Training Specialist

Job Responsibilities： Responsible for organizing and delivering new employee orientation training, ensuring completion within the required timeframe. Responsible for onboarding qualification review and probation assessment, processing work permits and maintaining training records.

Responsible for designing and implementing local team leader development programs to enhance frontline management capabilities. Assist in establishing the factory training system, developing annual/monthly training plans and monitoring implementation. Manage training records and qualification databases, ensuring complete and traceable training documentation.

Job Requirements： Bachelor or above, preferably in Human Resources or related fields. At least 2 years of training-related experience in a manufacturing environment.

Familiar with training system development and end-to-end training process management. Strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills. Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
