Geekhunter is recruiting for a leading technology company specializing in digital infrastructure, including banking, payments, and related services. The VP of Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) will lead and oversee all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive business decisions. This role is critical in establishing effective financial controls, reporting systems, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. The successful candidate will lead, manage, and develop the Finance & Accounting team while providing strategic financial insights to the COO and CEO. The role requires an individual capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly growing technology environment, including leading the implementation of financial modeling software and tools.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and oversee the company’s Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions; Develop and improve financial models, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions; Lead the development or implementation of financial modeling software and tools; Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulations; Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the COO and CEO; Establish effective financial controls, processes, and reporting systems; Lead, manage, and develop the Finance & Accounting team; Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal financial policies; Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly growing technology environment.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Professional accounting qualification is a strong advantage; 5–10 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or within a technology company.
