Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi Warehouse Finish Goods Supervisor bertanggung jawab penuh dalam merencanakan serta mengelola seluruh operasional gudang secara menyeluruh. Ruang lingkup kerja mencakup penanganan penerimaan produk jadi dari lini produksi, penyimpanan barang secara teratur, hingga proses pengiriman produk ke tujuan akhir. Peran ini menuntut pengawasan dan pengendalian operasional gudang yang ketat guna memastikan efisiensi kerja yang optimal serta kepatuhan terhadap seluruh prosedur dan instruksi kerja yang berlaku. Selain itu, supervisor bertugas mengawasi kelancaran arus barang masuk dan keluar yang harus selalu disertakan dengan dokumen pendukung yang lengkap. Tanggung jawab lainnya meliputi pemastian kesesuaian antara stok produk aktual di lapangan dengan sistem komputer, serta penerapan standar operasional seperti SOP, WI, GMP terkait sanitasi dan kebersihan, HACCP, 5S, BRC, ISO, standar kualitas, peraturan perusahaan, dan ketentuan yang berlaku.
Tanggung jawab: Planning and managing warehouse operations, including receiving products from production, storing products, and shipping products; Supervising and controlling warehouse operations; Ensuring all SOPs in the warehouse are implemented properly; Ensuring, supervising, and controlling the flow of goods in and out, accompanied by complete supporting documentation; Ensuring actual product stock in the field matches the system in the computer; Ensuring all warehouse activities are carried out according to established procedures and work instructions; Implementation of SOPs, WI, GMP (sanitation hygiene), HACCP, 5S, BRC, ISO, Standards, Rules and Company Regulations; Qualification; Having experience minimum 3 years in Warehouse Finish Goods; Minimum Diploma 3 of any major; Strong leadership & good communication skill; Computerize skill and familiar with SAP; Good knowledge about supply chain and warehouse management system.
