The Customer Relation Representative (CRR) at XLSmart Jepara serves as the primary point of contact for visitors and customers. The role combines reception duties with customer relationship management and communication tasks to ensure high levels of service and sales performance. The incumbent is responsible for handling customer inquiries via telephone and in-person, organizing administrative tasks, and maintaining a balanced focus on sales and service. The role requires adherence to specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company to maintain operational standards.
Tanggung jawab: Menjadi Resepsionis untuk Menerima Tamu; Menjalin Hubungan yang Baik dengan Pelanggan (Customer Relation Officer); Sebagai Komunikator; Melayani Pelanggan Melalui Telepon Maupun Bertatap Muka Langsung; Mengorganisir Administrasi; Menjalankan KPI sesuai ketentuan yaitu (80% Selling, 20% Service).
