Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi Electrical Engineer bertanggung jawab penuh terhadap perancangan, pemeliharaan, serta keandalan sistem kelistrikan dan peralatan penunjang di area pabrik dan pusat data. Peran ini memastikan seluruh perangkat mekanikal dan elektrikal beroperasi dengan lancar dan aman. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi perancangan sistem kelistrikan, penataan dan pengaturan jalur distribusi daya pabrik, identifikasi gangguan sirkuit serta potensi bahaya keselamatan, pemeliharaan dan perbaikan sirkuit seluruh peralatan listrik, serta debugging peralatan baru. Selain itu, posisi ini bertugas merencanakan jadwal pemeliharaan, menjaga standar 5S di area kerja, serta melaporkan pencapaian dan kendala operasional kepada Facility Operation Manager.
Tanggung jawab: 1. Layout and set up the factory's power distribution lines; 2. Identify equipment circuit faults and safety hazards, and conduct regular inventory checks; 3. Participate in the debugging of various equipment for new products; 4. Organize the site, tools, and maintain the 5S in the workshop; 5. Repair, debug, and maintain the circuits of all electrical equipment in the factory; 6. Responsible for the inspection of all equipment circuits in the factory and the periodic inventory check; 7. Responsible for the maintenance of production line equipment and platform construction; 8. Responsible for the smooth operation & maintenance of mechanical and electrical devices in the data center; 9. Work according to the job description directed by the work leader; 10. Report all performance achievements and obstacles encountered to the Facility Operation Manager; 11. Create a maintenance planning schedule for mechanical electrical devices; 12. Assist in conducting evaluations and proposing improvements to SOPs & MOPs related to mechanical and electrical; 13. Inventory and report all mechanical and electrical assets to the manager; 14. Kualifikasi: 1-3 year of experience; Electrical Engineering, education major is electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering.
