The ESG Engineer role is dedicated to sustainability and health, safety, and environment (HSE) management within a manufacturing setting. This position is critical for integrating environmental, social, and governance practices into daily operations. You will be responsible for conducting HSE inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations. The role requires valid certifications in K3 and fire safety, along with a deep understanding of Indonesian safety and environmental regulations to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
Kualifikasi: Male.; Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.; Minimum 1–2 years of experience in ESG, HSE, Environmental Management, or Sustainability in a manufacturing environment.; Possess valid General K3 Expert (AK3 Umum) and Fire Fighting Class B certifications issued by Kemnaker.; Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental, occupational health, and safety regulations.; Experience in conducting HSE inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.; Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills..
