Factory Manager (Garment Manufacturing) bertanggung jawab memimpin pendirian pabrik garmen baru hingga mencapai operasional penuh di Pemalang, Jawa Tengah. Peran ini mencakup manajemen strategis atas tata letak pabrik, instalasi mesin, lini produksi, hingga kesiapan operasional secara keseluruhan. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi koordinasi lintas departemen seperti Produksi, PPIC, IE, QA/QC, Maintenance, Warehouse, dan HSE. Manajer pabrik harus memastikan pencapaian target produksi, kualitas, pengiriman, biaya, serta kepatuhan terhadap regulasi ketenagakerjaan, standar pelanggan, dan persyaratan audit pabrik.
Tanggung jawab: Lead the setup of a new garment factory from to full operation; Manage factory layout, machinery installation, production lines, utilities, and operational readiness; Ensure coordination for Production, PPIC, IE, QA/QC, Maintenance, Warehouse, and HSE; Ensure achievement of production, quality, delivery, cost, and HSE targets; Ensure compliance with labor regulations, customer standards, and factory audit requirements.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, or related field; 8+ years of experience in garment/apparel manufacturing, including managerial experience; Experience in setting up a new garment factory or production facility from scratch is strongly preferred; Strong knowledge of garment production, IE, quality, factory layout, manpower planning, and cost control; Good English skills.
