PT Golden Victory Manufactures merupakan bagian dari Stella International Holdings Limited, produsen alas kaki global yang berpusat di Hong Kong. Perusahaan sedang mendirikan fasilitas manufaktur baru di Kabupaten Pemalang, Jawa Tengah, Indonesia, yang berfokus pada industri alas kaki olahraga. Perusahaan mencari kandidat yang berkualitas dan termotivasi untuk bergabung dalam tim sebagai Manufacturing Modernization Staff guna mendukung efisiensi produksi dan pemeliharaan mesin.
Tanggung jawab: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding machine maintenance, repairs, and manufacturing modernization activities; Collect, analyze, and calculate OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) data in collaboration with the Industrial Engineering (IE) team to support production efficiency improvement; Develop, monitor, and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for manufacturing machinery and equipment; Manage spare parts inventory, including stock monitoring, usage records, and replenishment requests; Support machine troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimize production downtime; Prepare maintenance reports, equipment performance records, and related documentation; Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure maintenance and modernization activities are completed according to schedule.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Minimum 1 year of experience in automation machinery, machine maintenance, or manufacturing modernization; Knowledge of machine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and manufacturing processes; Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel; Good command of English, both written and spoken; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage; Good communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills; Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
