PT Golden Victory Manufactures is a part of the Stella International Group, a large-scale company based in China specializing in the sports shoe industry. The company is currently expanding its operations by establishing a new factory located in Pemalang Regency, Central Java. As a Kitchen Assistant, the role involves supporting the daily operations of the industrial canteen or kitchen facility. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards while ensuring efficient service delivery in a fast-paced environment. The position requires teamwork, coordination, and a disciplined approach to meet the operational needs of the factory's workforce.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Junior High School (SMP), Senior High School (SMA/SMK), or Diploma (D3); Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen, restaurant, catering, canteen, or F&B operations; Previous experience in a restaurant or industrial canteen is preferred; Willing to work on shifts; Basic understanding of food hygiene, sanitation, and food safety; Good communication, teamwork, and coordination skills; Responsible, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Kualifikasi
