VERSIGENT (formerly APTIV) is a company operating in the manufacturing sector, currently seeking a full-time Manufacturing & Lean Specialist to be based in Semarang Regency, Central Java. This role is essential for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the company's manufacturing operations. The specialist will be responsible for implementing Lean Manufacturing projects and leading cross-functional improvement efforts. The role requires a deep understanding of production processes, capacity planning, and performance analysis to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency within the manufacturing environment.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field; Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, production engineering, industrial engineering, or continuous improvement; Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing projects in a manufacturing environment; Experience in automotive manufacturing is an advantage; Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects is preferred; Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Visual Management, Waste Elimination); Good understanding of Six Sigma tools and problem-solving methodologies (PDCA, DMAIC, 8D, A3, Fishbone Diagram, 5 Why); Knowledge of production processes, line balancing, capacity planning, and productivity improvement; Familiar with KPI development and manufacturing performance analysis (OEE, Productivity, Quality, Delivery, Cost); Good analytical and data interpretation skills; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
