Posisi Performance ADS Specialist bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola kampanye iklan berbayar (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads), menganalisis metrik performa (CPM, CTR, ROAS), serta melakukan optimasi harian. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan analitis yang kuat dan orientasi pada eksekusi data untuk mencapai target pemasaran.
Kualifikasi: Hands-on experience running Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, Tiktok GMV Max, or Shopee Ads; Solid understanding of full-funnel advertising and what each campaign/objective is for; Comfortable reading and analyzing metrics like CPM, CTR, CPC, CVR, CPA, ROAS/ROI, GMV, AOV, and Spend; Able to run creative testing and performance analysis to spot what's working (and what's not); Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills; Hands-on and execution-oriented, comfortable being in the weeds managing campaigns, reading data, and optimizing day-to-day.
