As a PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) staff member, you will be responsible for monitoring the entire production flow at external vendors, ranging from material delivery and cutting to sewing, packing, and final warehouse entry. You will also manage work contracts, master documents, shipping documents for exports, and oversee raw material requirements, including the handling of material and garment returns.
Tanggung jawab: Create vendor work contracts, master documents, and shipping documents for material and export purposes; Monitor raw material requirements, record total shipping quantities, and manage returns of excess materials or export garments; Monitor status and follow up on all production stages at external vendors, including material delivery, cutting, sewing, packing, and final goods entry; Manage data and perform monitoring in the field.
Kualifikasi: Minimum D4/S1 degree in any major; Minimum 1 year of experience as a PPIC in garment, bag, or glove manufacturing; Proficiency in reading Bill of Materials (BOM) and using MRP systems; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Experienced in data management and field monitoring.
