Deskripsi pekerjaan
Peran ini bertugas mendukung berbagai proyek teknik, kegiatan NPI (New Product Introduction), dan transfer model di lingkungan industri manufaktur. Anda akan berkoordinasi secara intensif dengan berbagai departemen internal maupun kantor pusat untuk memastikan seluruh dokumentasi teknik, spesifikasi, dan jadwal implementasi proyek berjalan sesuai rencana.
Tanggung jawab: 1. Support engineering projects, NPI, and model transfer activities; 2. Prepare, update, and control BOM, drawing, specification, WI and engineering documents; 3. Support ECR/ECN/ECO implementation and follow up related changes; 4. Coordinate technical information and document clarification with Mother Company; 5. Support local supplier development for packaging, tooling, jig/fixture, and other engineering requirements; 6. Follow up sample development, trial, validation, and improvement with suppliers and internal teams; 7. Coordinate with Process Engineering, Quality, Production, Purchasing, and Tooling for project implementation; 8. Maintain engineering documents, revision history, and project records; 9. Monitor project action items, timeline, and implementation status; 10. Support technical problem solving and other engineering activities as assigned.
Kualifikasi: 1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field; 2. Min 1–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry; 3. Familiar with BOM, drawing, specification, and technical documentation; 4. Able to use Microsoft Office, AutoCAD/engineering software is advantage; 5. Good coordination, communication, and problem solving skills; 6. Good communication in English.
