Eiger Adventure (EIGER) is a prominent Indonesian brand established in 1989, dedicated to providing high-quality outdoor gear and lifestyle products. Operating under Eigerindo Multi Produk Industri, the company aims to support outdoor enthusiasts in exploring tropical nature while promoting Indonesian quality on the international stage. As a Retail Assistant, you will serve as the frontline representative of the brand, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales performance at the store level. In this role, you will act as a knowledgeable advisor, identifying customer needs for outdoor activities and recommending suitable products. You will manage end-to-end sales processes, from product arrival to final purchase, while providing detailed information regarding product features, materials, technology, and care instructions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Tanggung jawab: Act as an advisor to customers by identifying their outdoor activity needs and providing product recommendations; Explain detailed product information including features, functions, materials, technology, and treatment; Participate in end-to-end selling activities from product arrival to customer purchase.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate; D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred; Possess good communication and interpersonal skills; Experience in sales/marketing (SPG/SPB) is a plus; Customer-oriented mindset; Willing to work in shifts and on holidays; Able to work in a target-driven environment; Available to join immediately; Preferably domiciled close to the nearest EIGER store.
