Posisi Quality Control bertugas untuk memastikan seluruh bahan baku dan produk jadi memenuhi spesifikasi standar mutu perusahaan. Ruang lingkup pekerjaan mencakup pemeriksaan bahan baku, pengawasan proses produksi (in-process quality control), serta pemeriksaan akhir produk sebelum dikirim, lengkap dengan pembuatan laporan dan koordinasi bersama departemen produksi serta logistik.
Tanggung jawab: Inspect incoming raw materials and components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications; Perform visual inspections, measurements, and testing using appropriate inspection tools; Record inspection results and prepare quality inspection reports; Identify and report non-conforming materials to the relevant departments; Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding quality issues; Ensure all inspection activities comply with company quality procedures; IN-PROCESS QC Resposibilities:; Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process; Perform in-process inspections and identify product defects; Ensure production processes comply with quality standards and work instructions; Record inspection results and prepare quality reports; Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues; Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce production defects; Perform final inspection of finished products before shipment; Verify product quality, labeling, packaging, and documentation according to company standards; Record inspection results and prepare outgoing quality reports; Identify and report non-conforming products before delivery; Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure product quality; Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; Minimum 2-3 years of experience Quality Control, preferably in a manufacturing company; Familiar with quality control procedures and manufacturing processes; Able to use measuring instruments and interpret engineering drawings; Good analytical and problem-solving skills; Experience in battery manufacturing, electronics, or other manufacturing industries is preferred; Willing to work in shifts and be based in Batang, Central Java.
