Minimum education: High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Fashion Design, Apparel, Garment Technology, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pattern Maker in the garment or apparel industry. Proficient in CAD Pattern software.
Strong knowledge of pattern making, size grading, and marker making in accordance with production standards. Good understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under tight
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and create garment patterns based on buyer specifications and technical requirements
- Perform size grading according to approved size specifications
- Prepare production markers with optimal fabric utilization and efficiency
- Coordinate with the Sample, Pattern, Cutting, and Production teams to ensure production requirements are met
- Ensure all patterns and markers comply with quality standards and are ready for production
