Peran Teknisi sangat vital dalam menjaga kelancaran operasional hotel melalui pemeliharaan fasilitas dan penanganan cepat atas berbagai kendala teknis. Tugas utama meliputi inspeksi dan pemeliharaan harian terhadap fasilitas serta peralatan hotel, merespons dengan cepat permintaan perawatan dari tamu maupun departemen terkait, serta menangani sistem kelistrikan, perpipaan, pendingin udara (AC), dan operasional mekanikal gedung secara profesional.
Tanggung jawab: Perform daily inspection & maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment; Respond quickly to maintenance requests from guests & departments; Handle electrical, plumbing, air conditioning & mechanical operational.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position; Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing); Good communication and teamwork skills.
