EHS Officer akan berperan dalam mengembangkan serta mengimplementasikan program kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja sesuai regulasi. Tugas utama meliputi melakukan penilaian kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja, mengelola program limbah B3, menginvestigasi insiden, memberikan pelatihan, serta memimpin tim tanggap darurat. Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan analisis data yang kuat untuk mengidentifikasi tren dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and implement health and safety programs to meet regulatory requirements and company standards; Conduct regular workplace health and safety assessments and make recommendations for improvement; Manage the company's hazardous waste program, including collection, storage, transportation, and disposal; Investigate accidents and incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions; Provide training and education on health and safety policies and procedures; Maintain accurate records of all health and safety activities, including training records and accident reports; Stay up-to-date on changes in health and safety regulations and ensure the company is in compliance; Lead the company's emergency response team and develop emergency response plans.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field; Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar certification; In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards and other regulatory requirements; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in safety management software; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement; Experience in battery manufacturing, chemical manufacturing, or other heavy manufacturing industries is preferred; Willing to be based in Batang, Central Java.
