Laboratorium Analyst berperan penting dalam mendukung lingkungan kerja yang profesional, inovatif, serta menjunjung tinggi standar kualitas dan ketelitian dalam setiap proses analisis laboratorium. Peran ini melibatkan pengujian menyeluruh terhadap bahan baku serta pemeliharaan instrumen pengujian guna memastikan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur mutu perusahaan. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup pelaksanaan inspeksi material masuk untuk produksi katoda LFP, pengujian kualitas selama proses produksi, serta pengoperasian berbagai alat ukur dan instrumen canggih. Analis juga bertugas mendokumentasikan hasil pengujian secara cermat dan bekerja sama dengan tim pengujian untuk mengidentifikasi ketidaksesuaian demi menjaga standar keselamatan dan kualitas operasional.
Tanggung jawab: Perform incoming inspection of raw materials for LFP cathode production; Conduct in-process quality checks during each production stage; Operate and maintain testing instruments for Fe content and other material parameters; Prepare, analyze, and record test results per company procedures; Identify and document non-conformities together with the Testing team; Assist with routine laboratory analysis and sample preparation; Ensure all inspection activities comply with company quality and safety standards.
Kualifikasi: Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering or related field; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Familiar with Fe content analysis and operation of relevant laboratory instruments, such as:; AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy); ICP-OES (Inductively Coupled Plasma – Optical Emission Spectroscopy); UV-Vis Spectrophotometer; XRD (X-ray Diffraction); XRF (X-ray Fluorescence); Titration; PH testing; Basic understanding of quality control procedures and laboratory safety; Willing to work in a production environment with strict safety regulations; Detail-oriented, fast learner, good teamwork skills; Fluent in English is a plus, Mandarin will be a advantage; Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java.
