Perusahaan mencari Finance, Accounting, and Taxation (FAT) Manager yang berpengalaman untuk memimpin departemen keuangan. Peran ini bertanggung jawab atas seluruh siklus keuangan perusahaan, mulai dari pelaporan hingga kepatuhan pajak. Manajer akan mengelola arus kas, penganggaran, AP/AR, serta memastikan penutupan buku bulanan dan tahunan berjalan lancar. Kandidat harus memiliki pemahaman mendalam tentang PSAK, perpajakan Indonesia (PPh/PPN), serta berpengalaman dalam menghadapi audit internal maupun eksternal.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Taxation, including at least 2 years in a Managerial role; Comprehensive understanding of Finance, Accounting, and Tax processes; Proficiency in cash flow management, budgeting, AP, AR, Pettycash, and financial reporting; Proficiency in month-end and year-end closing processes and the preparation of financial statements; Understanding of PSAK/SAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and applicable accounting principles; Understanding of Indonesian taxation (including Income Tax/PPh and VAT/PPN) and tax reporting and compliance processes; Tax Holiday Experienced is an advantage; Experience handling internal/external audits and tax audits; Ability to analyze financial statements and cash flow to provide recommendations to management; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP or accounting systems; Experience in a manufacturing company or PMA (Foreign Investment Company) is an advantage; Proficiency in English.
