PT. Polygroup Manufaktur Indonesia merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang sedang mencari manajer produksi berpengalaman untuk bergabung di fasilitas produksi kami di Kabupaten Kendal, Jawa Tengah. Posisi ini menawarkan kesempatan kepemimpinan strategis dalam divisi perencanaan dan penjadwalan produksi. Sebagai PVC Production Manager, Anda akan mengawasi seluruh proses produksi harian untuk memastikan efisiensi, kualitas, dan kepatuhan terhadap standar industri. Anda bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan jadwal produksi, memantau metrik kualitas, meminimalkan waktu henti (downtime), serta memimpin tim produksi dengan memberikan bimbingan dan pelatihan. Peran ini sangat krusial dalam menjaga keunggulan operasional dan memastikan pengiriman produk unggulan kepada klien.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee daily PVC production operations, ensuring all manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently; Develop and implement production schedules that meet customer demand whilst optimising resource utilisation; Monitor production metrics and quality control standards, addressing any deviations promptly; Manage production planning to minimize downtime and maximize output capacity; Supervise and lead the production team, providing guidance, training and performance feedback; Coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate availability of raw materials and supplies; Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency; Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations throughout production; Prepare and analyse production reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement; Liaise with quality assurance, maintenance and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations; Manage equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate with maintenance teams when issues arise.
