The HR Trainer for XL Smart in Bali is responsible for capability development, including designing and delivering training programs related to products, systems, service excellence, sales, and operational processes. This role focuses on sales and service enablement, coaching teams to improve performance, and conducting field monitoring to ensure training effectiveness.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and deliver training on products, systems, service excellence, and sales; Enable sales and service teams to improve performance and handle objections; Conduct on-field training, simulations, roleplays, and coaching; Provide refreshment training and updates on products, promos, and policies; Perform knowledge assessments to validate participant understanding; Conduct field visits, monitoring, and provide feedback; Provide insights for continuous improvement of training programs.
Kualifikasi: Minimum D3/S1 in any major; Experience as a Trainer, Supervisor, or in HR development is a plus; Good communication skills, honest, and able to build relationships; Capable of working with teams and across divisions; Creative in creating training materials and methods; Possess leadership skills and ability to guide participants; Solution-oriented and able to work under pressure; Good at managing training schedules.
