Dalam peran ini, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk menyampaikan materi pelajaran Fisika yang menarik dan mendalam bagi siswa tingkat IGCSE dan A Level sesuai standar Cambridge International. Tugas utama mencakup penyusunan rencana pembelajaran, perancangan asesmen, pemanfaatan teknologi berbasis Apple secara optimal di dalam kelas, serta evaluasi kemajuan akademik siswa guna memastikan terciptanya lingkungan belajar yang interaktif, inklusif, dan berorientasi pada pemikiran ilmiah.
Tanggung jawab: Deliver high-quality Physics lessons for IGCSE & AS/A Level in alignment with the Cambridge curriculum; Develop lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials that promote deep conceptual understanding and scientific thinking; Utilize Apple technology and digital tools effectively in teaching and learning; Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and academic support; Create an engaging, inclusive, and safe learning atmosphere; Collaborate with academic teams to maintain high standards and support school initiatives; Participate in school events, meetings, professional development, and parent engagement activities.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Physics; Proven experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A Level Physics; Strong understanding of the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) standards; Competent in integrating technology in the classroom; experience in an Apple Distinguished School environment is a strong advantage; Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Physics, Science Education, or a related field; Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills; Passionate about inspiring students and continuously improving teaching practice.
