PT Golden Victory Manufactures is a subsidiary of the China-based Stella Group International, currently expanding its operations by establishing a new sports shoe manufacturing facility in Pemalang Regency, Central Java. The company focuses on high-quality footwear production and is seeking a dedicated leader to oversee the stitching department. The Stitching Production Leader is responsible for managing daily production activities to meet output, quality, efficiency, and delivery targets. This role involves planning manpower allocation, supervising stitching processes to ensure adherence to approved samples and construction standards, and monitoring line balancing and operator productivity. The leader must proactively resolve production issues, guide operators to maintain workmanship and discipline, and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize stitching efficiency.
Tanggung jawab: Lead daily Stitching production to achieve output, quality, efficiency, and delivery targets; Plan and allocate manpower, production lines, and activities according to daily production requirements; Ensure stitching processes follow approved samples, specifications, construction methods, and production standards; Monitor line balancing, operator productivity, workmanship, and production output; Take immediate action to resolve issues affecting stitching quality, productivity, or production flow; Guide and supervise operators to maintain workmanship, productivity, and discipline; Follow up production performance and implement actions to improve Stitching efficiency and output.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Minimum 5 years of experience in footwear manufacturing with strong expertise in Stitching; Previous experience as a Production Leader, Supervisor, or equivalent leadership position; Strong understanding of footwear stitching processes and production flow; Good knowledge of stitching quality, line balancing, productivity, and manpower management; Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for production monitoring and reporting; Experience in Nike shoe production is a plus; English proficiency is a plus; Disciplined, responsible, proactive, and able to work under production targets; Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; Willing to be based in Pemalang Regency, Central Java.
