Posisi ini berada di industri ritel premium, dengan fokus pada produk perhiasan, emas, dan barang mewah. Perusahaan mengedepankan standar pelayanan pelanggan yang tinggi, integritas, dan profesionalisme dalam operasional toko. Sebagai Store Head, Anda bertanggung jawab penuh atas operasional harian toko, termasuk memimpin dan memotivasi tim penjualan untuk mencapai target bulanan. Peran ini mencakup manajemen inventaris, pemantauan transaksi penjualan, penanganan keluhan pelanggan, serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap SOP perusahaan. Anda juga akan berperan dalam pengembangan anggota tim dan penyusunan laporan operasional secara berkala.
Tanggung jawab: Manage the overall daily operations of the store; Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team; Achieve and monitor monthly sales targets; Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction; Monitor product display, inventory, and store condition; Monitor daily sales transactions and store administration; Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally; Prepare regular sales and operational reports; Ensure compliance with company SOPs and security procedures; Coach and develop team members to improve their performance.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree; Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager / Store Leader, preferably in jewellery, gold, diamond, luxury retail, or premium retail; Strong leadership and communication skills; Target-oriented with strong sales management skills; Good analytical and problem-solving abilities; Strong integrity, discipline, and attention to detail; Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; Well-groomed and professional; Able to work independently and as part of a team; Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required; Willing to located to Semarang.
