Posisi Account Manager untuk area Semarang ini menuntut profesional yang dinamis dan berorientasi pada target untuk bergabung bersama tim kami. Peran ini berfokus pada pengembangan bisnis, pengelolaan hubungan klien, serta pencapaian target pendapatan perusahaan di wilayah teritorial yang ditentukan. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi mencari pelanggan baru (hunting), mengunjungi prospek bisnis, memelihara dan mengembangkan hubungan dengan klien eksklusif, mengimplementasikan rencana penjualan, serta memberikan solusi tepat waktu atas kebutuhan atau permasalahan layanan pelanggan. Anda juga bertugas mengidentifikasi peluang pasar baru, membangun jaringan kerja sama internal dan eksternal, serta melakukan analisis kinerja penjualan secara berkala. Penempatan kerja untuk posisi ini adalah di Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
Tanggung jawab: Hunting new customers/clients; Visit potential customers for new business opportunities; Mantain and develop existing customer; Implement sales plan and communicate with customers in the territory in order to achieve target revenue; Provide report to record revenue and customer relationship progress; Obtain solution for customer requirement or issue on service for future service enhancement on timely manner and new product development in order to enhance service standard and to maximize customer satisfaction; Keep abreast with industry development and update of sales systems and ensure all procedures and policies updated; Identify new markets and business opportunities; Develop network and cooperation with internal and external parties; Review and analyze sales performance and achievement; Requirements:; Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field; At least 2 years of working experience in the Express Courier is required for this position; Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent; Hands on sales activities, negotiation skill, and presentation skill; Strong command of English; Familiar with Microsoft office; Knowledge of express courier, logistics, freight forwarding & distribution industry would be an advantage; Good interpersonal and communication skills; Have capability to build and maintain profesional relationship with potential client/customers; Neat, passionate, responsible and humble; Fast learner, well organize, creative; Target oriented and customer satisfaction; Have driving lisence is a must and have own vehicle is preferable; To be placed at Semarang - Jawa Tengah.
