Posisi Supply Chain and Logistics Manager di sektor manufaktur bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memimpin operasional rantai pasok untuk mendorong efisiensi biaya, efektivitas operasional, dan ketepatan waktu pengiriman. Peran strategis ini mencakup pengelolaan pembelian, manajemen inventaris, operasional gudang, dan logistik ekspor guna memastikan seluruh alur pasokan berjalan lancar dan memenuhi standar regulasi lokal maupun internasional.
Tanggung jawab: The Supply Chain and Logistics Manager oversees purchasing, inventory management, warehouse operations, and export logistics to ensure smooth and cost-efficient operations. This position is responsible for ensuring timely and efficient supply chain m; Oversee procurement processes, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure the timely delivery of goods; Monitor inventory levels and stock movements while maintaining optimal stock availability for production without overstocking or understocking; Oversee warehouse organization, safety, and efficiency, including space optimization and safety compliance; Manage and lead the logistics team, including export coordinators, warehouse staff, and inventory controllers; Supervise and coordinate export processes, including bookings, documentation, customs declarations, and on-time shipments to overseas clients; Ensure that all supply chain processes, particularly export activities, comply with local and international regulations and documentation requirements; Ensure alignment between production schedules and material availability to optimize production flow and inventory costs; Track and control logistics and supply chain expenses, including inventory, storage, and transportation costs, while maintaining operational efficiency; Set, monitor, and report key performance indicators for the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure that established targets are achieved; Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, freight forwarders, and shipping companies to secure competitive prices, quality materials, and appropriate delivery schedules; Manage supplier and vendor contracts and ensure that all terms, conditions, and performance indicators are fulfilled. Negotiate, review, renew, or terminate contracts based on performance and compliance with company standards; Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier reliability, transportation disruptions, and market volatility. Develop and implement strategies to minimize risks affecting supply chain continuity; Conduct comprehensive supplier and vendor assessments covering performance, quality standards, delivery timeliness, and financial stability; Analyze and reduce lead times for raw materials, including packaging materials, and finished goods to improve production and shipment schedules; Identify and implement supply chain process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall operations.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field; Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics; Strong knowledge of purchasing, inventory, warehouse, and export operations; Familiar with international shipping and customs regulations; Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation; Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills; Proficient in supply chain systems, such as SAP, Oracle, and Odoo; Good communication and negotiation skills; English proficiency is a must; Willing to travel when required; Willing to be based in Karanganyar.
